One of our key values focusses on our environmental impact, where we use our resources responsibly, are mindful of our waste and our impact on the environment. We measure and monitor all our resources used in all aspects of our production process, and are taking steps to fully understand the impact our growers are also having on their resources. We are part of the Courtauld 2020 agreement, use the Cool Farm Tool on farm, source 95% of our energy from renewable sources, and work to reduce waste on site throughout our production process.
