Dragon Boat Race 2016

As annual charity events go, the Dragon Boat Race at Llys Y Fran reservoir is never disappointing, and we were proud to take part in our second annual race in aid of charity!

A very enthusiastic Puffin team took to the water, competing against teams from throughout Pembrokeshire for the prize of £500 towards their chosen charity. The sun shone as spectators enjoyed the entertainment and racing action, with donations being taken for charity throughout the day. It was a valiant effort for the ‘Puffin Paddlers’ team, but again we weren’t able to make the final – although we are improving year on year!

It’s always a great way to get involved with the local community, support local charities and get the Puffin Produce team together, and we look forward to taking part in 2017.
